This policy explains how Quanta Learning Inc. ("we", "us"), an Alberta corporation, handles personal information while our full website is being prepared.

What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information you choose to send us, for example your name, email address, phone number and your question when you email or call us.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and tell you about our programs if you ask us to.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you.

We do not sell personal information.

Phone calls and text messages

If you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. We only text you if you have asked us to, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our website, email and phone services. Some of them may store or process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessed by authorities under the laws there.

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

We protect personal information with reasonable safeguards and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by emailing our Privacy Officer at admissions@ql.ca.
